X-ray protector
Since X-ray protective clothing is the product our customers use most frequently and are most familiar with, we believe that comfort, high protection, and style are essential—which is why our garments combine high performance with unique features.
In addition to the materials themselves, we have incorporated design features—such as shoulder pads and waist belts—to reduce weight. Furthermore, thanks to the new ultra-lightweight, lead-free shielding sheet “KRYPTOLiTE,” you can wear the garment for extended periods without feeling the weight.

– KRYPTOLiTE, an ultra-lightweight, lead-free shielding material
KRYPTOLiTE, a lead-free material, was developed through a joint venture with Germany using a patented chemical formulation.
KRYPTOLiTE offers an extremely high PWR (protection-to-weight ratio) and, through its multi-layer structure technology, absorbs fluorescent radiation and backscattered radiation to provide users with optimal safety.
KRYPTOLiTE complies with the new IEC 61331-3:2014 standard and has been tested in accordance with the BBG method. Its
flexibility ensures a comfortable fit, reducing fatigue during wear and making it ideal for extended use, such as during surgery.
– Ultra-lightweight shielding sheet
Through years of research, we have successfully developed lead sheets that are lighter, softer, and more crack-resistant than conventional materials. By studying material formulations at the molecular level, we have achieved weight reduction in both lead-free and lead-containing sheets without compromising X-ray shielding performance. Furthermore, the performance of these sheets complies with the new IEC 61331-3:2014 standard, as verified by tests conducted at a German research institute.

– Temperature-regulating material “Outlast™”
Outlast™ was developed for use in NASA spacesuits. The microcapsules in the fabric absorb excess body heat and release it when the temperature drops, maintaining the temperature range (31°C–33°C) at which people feel most comfortable.
The Uniray apron features an Outlast™ lining that helps reduce perspiration during long surgeries and other extended procedures, ensuring a comfortable fit.
– Special Features
The shoulder pads are made of a soft, non-slip material designed to enhance comfort and fit. The
waist belt is engineered to reduce the burden of weight, minimizing fatigue even during prolonged wear, and to accommodate the various movements required during work.
■ Back-Saver Apron
The built-in waist belt features a pleated design, and by utilizing its buoyancy, it lifts the entire protector.
This creates a corset-like effect, significantly reducing the weight load on the shoulders, back, and spine. We also offer a variety of models to suit different needs, including separate-type and double-sided types that provide protection on both sides, as well as coat aprons that protect the front.
*The separate-type model also features a built-in belt in the skirt.
■ Lady Armor Apron
Lady Armor is a radiation protection garment designed specifically for female healthcare professionals, featuring a structure and materials tailored to shield the breast and axillary regions. It is lightweight, comfortable, and offers a high degree of freedom of movement, making it an excellent solution expected to reduce both radiation exposure risks and physical strain during prolonged radiation-related work.

・Provides protection extending to the axillary lymph nodes, shoulder joints, and bone marrow through added sleeves, extended sides, and additional underarm coverage. ・Enhanced thyroid protection with a 0.50 mm Pb neck guard

front of the skirt features a pocket designed to hold a removable shielding sheet. ・This
product includes a vest, skirt, sleeves, neck guard, and genital shield as a complete set.
■ Apron
This is our most popular model for protecting the front. It
features built-in shoulder pads to reduce strain on the shoulders. We
offer two fastening options: Velcro and buckles.
■ Surgical Apron
You can easily take off the apron by simply unfastening the Velcro.
After surgery, you can clean it while keeping it free of blood and chemicals.
